Install the necessary tools
- Download and extract the combination firmware with ADB communication for Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016) Duos and Samsung firmware.

- Turn on your Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016) Duos smartphone in download mode and connect it to the USB cable.
- Flash your SAMSUNG smartphone with pre-downloaded file firmware and ADB connection for Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016) Duos with selected options: auto reboot and F. reset time only.
- As in the CSC field, select the file with HOME_CSC at the beginning of the name, or if HOME_CSC does not exist, select the regular CSC.
- Once done, the Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016) Duos smartphone will turn on and show the welcome screen. Try to bypass the builder if you can. If not, wait until you see the authentication screen to enable the ADB connection.
- In the next step, check the option “Always allow from this computer” and press the “OK” button.
- Then turn on FRP unlock.

- Then, to complete the complete removal of your old Google account, you need to turn on OEM LOCK in the developer menu and perform a hard reset step from the menu.
